The Center for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the Center for CAD/CAM and Digital Technologies have established the research collaboration "Clinical Application of Artificial Intelligence in Dentistry" (CAAID). The primary objective of the group's research is to push the boundaries of dentistry by utilizing innovative techniques in artificial intelligence and advanced technology. CAAID is actively involved in implementing artificial intelligence in dentistry and conducting user-oriented evaluations to ensure clinical efficacy. The group is under the scientific direction of Univ.-Prof. Dr. Dritan Turhani and Univ.-Prof. Dr. Constantin von See, MaHM. MSc.. Ass.-Prof. Dr. Benedikt Schneider has played a central role in the foundation of CAAID through his tireless commitment and is available as a contact person for questions.
